Reef Pets strives to offer only the healthiest and best quality live coral. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our coral. However, in the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) coral an email must be sent to us within 1 hour of the time of delivery. Within that email please list your name, address, phone number and photos of the DOA coral. If this information is not received within 1 hour, there are delays due to FedEx or if the package is refused by the customer Reef Pets will be unable to honor a Live Arrival Guarantee. DOA’s will be resolved by a credit issued to be used on ReePets.com minus any shipping charges.
